1. Nature of Service

Naric.org provides certified translation services of academic, legal, and professional documents. These services are designed to assist individuals in preparing their documentation for submission to institutions such as UK ENIC, Ecctis, or similar recognition bodies.

We do not offer qualification assessments or recognition services. Naric.org is not affiliated with ECCTIS or UK ENIC. Our role is limited to translating and formatting documentation as instructed by the client.

2. Custom & Bespoke Orders – No Refund Policy

All orders placed with Naric.org are custom and client-specific. By placing an order, the client acknowledges and accepts that:

·        Work begins immediately upon receipt of payment and initial documents.

·        Under applicable consumer law, custom services are exempt from cancellation and refund rights once work has commenced.

·        No refunds or credits will be issued for orders that have begun processing, even if the client later decides not to proceed or uses another provider.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

3. Rush Projects

For accelerated (rush) services, Naric.org will make reasonable efforts to deliver quality results within the requested timeframe. However, by opting for a rush service, the client acknowledges that stylistic, grammatical, or formatting variations may occur, and Naric.org shall not be held liable for such outcomes.

4. Responsibilities of the Client

The client is responsible for:

·        Providing accurate and complete documentation at the time of order.

·        Ensuring submitted documents are clear, legible, and authentic.

·        Responding to any additional document or clarification requests in a timely manner.

Failure to provide necessary documentation may result in project delays or incomplete service.

5. Statement of Comparability

We assist clients in preparing translations to support their own applications to UK ENIC or Ecctis for Statements of Comparability.

We do not conduct evaluations, issue official statements, or guarantee acceptance by any institution. If your application is not successful, no refund will be issued, as our fee covers the cost of the translation and preparation work carried out.

6. Payment Terms

·        Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

·        All charges will be invoiced and must be paid within the agreed timeframe.

·        Late payments may be subject to an 8% monthly late fee.

·        Payments will appear under the name First E Global Service.

7. Language Preferences and Revisions

Translation is a subjective process. Naric.org will use professional judgment and any reference materials provided by the client. If revisions are requested based on stylistic preference or after changes are made to source materials, additional charges may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Naric.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Non-Solicitation

The client agrees not to solicit, hire, or contract with any Naric.org staff or contractors during the service period and for 2 years thereafter. Breach of this clause will result in a liquidated damages fee of £75,000 per individual.

10. Disputes

If the client has any concerns with the service received, they must notify Naric.org in writing within 10 business days of delivery. If not notified within this timeframe, the client waives any claim arising from that service.

11. Legal Entity

Naric.org is a trading name of First Elite Global T.E.P Services LLC which will appear as First E Global Service, a UAE-registered limited liability company.
All services are rendered and invoiced by First E Global Service.

12. Modification

These Terms & Conditions may only be modified in writing and with mutual agreement. Email confirmations are considered valid forms of written acceptance.
